If using PayPal or internet transfer, please allow for the payment to be cleared into our Medi Alarm account. Once payment has been received and programming details collected by our team, delivery should generally only be a few business days. All parcels are sent via Australia Post Express Post in a yellow express bag with a tracking number. Once we lodge your parcel with Australia Post, your delivery is their responsibility and they do not unfortunately accept special instructions.
At Medi Alarm, we offer a ’14 Day Money Back Guarantee’ with exceptions to bulk orders, from when you receive your parcel as per the Australia Post tracking advice.
