All of our prices include postage and handling.  The cost is $20.00.  We don’t refund postage on returned products, including on the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If using PayPal or internet transfer, please allow for the payment to be cleared into our Medi Alarm account.  Once payment has been received, allow between 2 to 7 days for delivery.  All parcels are sent via Australia Post in a yellow express bag with a tracking number.



Medi Alarm offers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.  Please contact us to resolve an issue you may have with your device.

Our refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.  All products must be returned in their original condition.  All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage.  You assume any risk if lost, stolen or damaged during transit.  Therefore, we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.  Medi Alarm will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please note any SIM card credit is not refundable.
