Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are included in all products associated with the Medi Alarm Pro 4G. Standard Shipping on smaller orders for other products is $8.85 or $15 for Express Shipping. Shipping is Express and FREE on orders over $200. We don’t refund postage on returned products, including on the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.
If using PayPal or internet transfer, please allow for the payment to be cleared into our Medi Alarm account. Once payment has been received and programming details collected by our team, delivery should generally only be a few business days. All parcels are sent via Australia Post Express Post in a yellow express bag with a tracking number.
